Key Responsibilities

• Structural modeling and analysis using advanced software such as MIDAS / STAAD and/or Tekla Structures.
• Development of structural calculation models and design verification in accordance with international codes and standards.

About the Role: We are looking for a Civil Engineering Supervisor to join our Construction team and oversee civil, structural and architectural works on site, ensuring safe execution in line with quality, schedule and project specifications. You will report to the Construction Site Manager and work closely with engineering, quality, contractors and other discipline supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil and structural construction works (earthworks, foundations, concrete, steel, buildings, drainage, infrastructure);

About the Role: Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor to join the Project Management & Construction Department.

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a construction site, from mobilization to demobilization. He/She will ensure that site activities are carried out safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards.

During the execution and installation phases, the Construction Site Supervisor will oversee areas, subcontractors, and activities.

During the commissioning phase, the Construction Site Supervisor will maintain responsibility over site areas, while the Commissioning Manager assumes operational responsibility for commissioning activities.

They will lead a multidisciplinary team composed of supervisors, HSE and quality representatives, logistic site manager and will work in close coordination with the Project Manager and the Commissioning Manager.

Tasks and Duties

• Responsible for site setup and mobilization, through to demobilization at project close-out.
• Ensure implementation of all HSE procedures in accordance with the project HSE Plan.
• Apply and supervise quality standards based on the Project Quality Plan.
• Organize and coordinate daily activities, allocating responsibilities and resources.
• Maintain and regularly update the project schedule in coordination with the planner.
• Supervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases.
• Ensure proper management of handovers between contractors and project phases, including:
• From civil works to mechanical installation, e.g. handover of concrete foundations to the mechanical contractor for equipment anchoring.
• From mechanical completion to commissioning, e.g. handover of installed systems to the commissioning team for functional testing.
• From electrical installation to commissioning, e.g. HV substation handover for energization and protection system testing.
• Final handover to operations or service teams, ensuring all documentation and punch list items are closed.
• Approve and manage site Non-Conformities (NCs) and follow up on resolution plans.
• Manage the closure of the punch list, in collaboration with Quality and Commissioning teams.
• In the commissioning phase, maintain responsibility over the work areas and interface with the Commissioning Manager.
• Ensure safe and efficient progress of site activities while managing interfaces among disciplines.
• Ensure documentation compliance: permits, registers, checklists, and reports.
• Act as the hierarchical lead for site supervisors, Quality Site Manager, and HSE Site Manager
• Note: the HSE Site Manager is functionally aligned with the corporate HSE Manager
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and key risks.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead.
• Strong familiarity with HSE, QA/QC, construction permitting and commissioning practices.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad on international projects and to move for medium – term periods

About the Role:

We are looking for a Director of Business Development. Located in North America (New HQ located in Boulder. CO), reporting to the SVP of the Region and in dotted line to the HQ’s Commercial function, this person will have the opportunity to manage and build the North American Energy Dome growing project pipeline. This role will advance sales and development of customer and partner commercial opportunities for Energy Dome in North America. This role will work closely, as a team, with the broader sales team in North America as well as with the North American project execution functions. This role will initiate and maintain customer engagement, advance contracts with customers and/or development partners under a variety of structures including Equipment Supply, as well as opportunities where Energy Dome would develop, build, own and operate its own plants. This role will play a critical function in ensuring the projects reach commercial agreement through contractual arrangements sufficient to advance the development, financing and ultimately construction of Energy Dome Plants. The candidate should have deep energy market knowledge in North America, enough to guide the continued strategic targeting of key customers seeking Long Duration Energy Storage solutions. This role will have a critical external-facing component where this person would represent the Company at industry events, with customers, stakeholders and partners alike.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, manage and advance commercial relationships with customers in the utility space, development partners and other strategics who would facilitate the growth of Energy Dome project pipeline;
• Develop and manage customer plans that identify barriers and needs, chart out customer and project risk areas to help guide the broader team to successfully reach agreement for the Energy Dome projects in North America;
• Have familiarity with the Energy Dome business model(s) so as to be able to initially discuss and structure term sheets for Equipment Supply Contracts, Tolling Agreements as well as joint-venture opportunities for project development and construction of Energy Dome projects;
• Coordinate directly and often with the SVP of North America and fellow Director of Sales to ensure company growth goals are met;
• Host customer meetings from inception to advanced contracting;
• Maintain professional customer and partner engagement as the lead sales and business development contact on behalf of Energy Dome;
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness;
• Management and documentation support for project pipeline activities with North America and home office in Italy;
• Support the overall build-out of the North American team, including cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and/or relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 10+ years work experience in business development within the IPP and/or utility space, including a depth of knowledge for large power projects and project development requirements.
• Previous experience in the North American market for projects related to Long Duration Energy Storage, Energy (power plants), Oil&Gas components (pumps, valves, etc.), or Renewables (wind, solar, hydropower).
• Deep knowledge of North American markets, structure and players.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

To support this growth, Energy Dome is seeking a Senior Director, Interconnection & Grid Strategy to lead the company’s interconnection, transmission access, and market-entry strategy across North America.

About the Role:

The Director, Interconnection & Grid Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing Energy Dome’s North American interconnection strategy and ensuring the successful advancement of utility-scale storage projects through ISO/RTO and utility interconnection processes.

This individual will serve as the company’s subject matter expert on transmission availability, queue positioning, grid constraints, network upgrade risks, and market attractiveness.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience gained within an ISO/RTO, transmission owner, utility, or leading renewable energy developer and possess a deep understanding of the North American wholesale power market structure. Beyond technical expertise, this leader will provide strategic guidance on where, when, and how Energy Dome should develop projects to maximize project value while minimizing interconnection risk. This role will partner closely with Project Development, Business Development, Commercial, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Executive Leadership to support both project-level decisions and long-term market expansion. The position in based in our new company HQ in Boulder, CO. Boulder is preferred but we will consider candidates based in other locations.

Responsibilities:

Interconnection Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Define and execute Energy Dome’s North American interconnection strategy.
• Develop a portfolio-wide view of transmission availability, queue dynamics, network congestion, and market opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize the most attractive interconnection opportunities across North America.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal Points of Interconnection (POIs) for utility-scale energy storage projects.
• Develop frameworks for assessing interconnection risk, cost, and schedule impacts.
• Guide project siting decisions through transmission and interconnection analysis.

ISO/RTO Market Leadership

• Serve as Energy Dome’s primary interface with: PJM, MISO, SPP, CAISO, ERCOT, NYISO, ISO-NE, Utilities and transmission owners.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of evolving interconnection reform initiatives.
• Monitor FERC, ISO/RTO, and utility regulatory developments impacting project development.
• Represent Energy Dome in working groups, stakeholder committees, conferences, and industry forums.
• Leverage industry relationships to provide market intelligence and strategic insights.

Project Development Support

• Lead interconnection activities from project origination through commercial operation.
• Oversee all interconnection applications and queue positions.
• Support project acquisition and development opportunities through transmission and interconnection due diligence.
• Evaluate network upgrade exposure and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop executive recommendations regarding project advancement, modification, restructuring, or withdrawal.
• Partner with project development teams on site screening and market selection.

Transmission Planning & Grid Analysis

• Assess: Transmission system constraints, Congestion patterns, Deliverability challenges, Capacity availability, Upgrade risks, Long-term transmission plans.
• Review interconnection studies and technical analyses.
• Support development of strategic transmission access solutions.
• Ensure Energy Dome projects meet utility, ISO, and NERC requirements.

Consultant & External Stakeholder Management

• Manage external consultants supporting: Interconnection studies, Power system studies, Dynamic modeling, EMT analysis, Transmission planning, Grid compliance.
• Establish relationships with leading power system engineering firms.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all external technical work.

Strategic Business Support

• Partner with Business Development and Project Development teams to evaluate: BOO opportunities, Utility procurement opportunities, Tolling agreements, Capacity market participation, Resource adequacy products, Hyperscaler opportunities.
• Support commercial negotiations requiring transmission or interconnection diligence.
• Advise executive leadership on market prioritization and growth strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in: Interconnection, Transmission planning, Grid integration, Utility-scale project development, ISO/RTO operations or planning.
• Direct experience working within or closely with one or more of: PJM, MISO, SPP, WECC / CAISO, ERCOT, NYISO, ISO-NE.
• Demonstrated track record advancing utility-scale generation, renewable energy, storage, or hybrid projects through interconnection queues.
• Strong understanding of: FERC processes, Generator interconnection procedures, Transmission planning, Network upgrades, NERC requirements, Utility interconnection standards.
• Experience managing external engineering consultants and technical studies.

• Previous experience working directly for an ISO/RTO, transmission operator, balancing authority, or utility transmission planning group.

Principali responsabilità:

Gestione documentale di progetto:

• Gestire e mantenere la Master Document List (MDL), garantendo l’accuratezza e l’aggiornamento continuo delle informazioni.
• Assicurare la corretta codifica, classificazione, revisione, distribuzione e archiviazione della documentazione di progetto.
• Garantire la piena tracciabilità di tutti i documenti tecnici, commerciali e contrattuali.
• Verificare la conformità della documentazione agli standard aziendali, ai requisiti contrattuali e alle procedure di progetto.
• Gestire l’intero ciclo di revisione e approvazione dei documenti tra team interni, clienti e fornitori.

Coordinamento dei flussi documentali EPC:
• Monitorare le emissioni documentali verso clienti, fornitori, subappaltatori e partner di progetto.
• Assicurare il rispetto delle scadenze documentali definite dal programma di progetto.
• Gestire transmittal, document register, comment sheet e attività di document turnaround.
• Supportare il team di progetto nell’identificazione di criticità e ritardi legati alla documentazione.
• Fornire report periodici sullo stato della documentazione e sui KPI documentali.

Document Management System (DMS/EDMS):
• Amministrare e ottimizzare il sistema di gestione documentale (Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, Teamcenter, Documentum o equivalenti).
• Supportare l’implementazione e il miglioramento continuo degli strumenti digitali di gestione documentale.
• Definire e mantenere strutture cartelle, workflow approvativi, permessi di accesso e naming convention.
• Formare gli stakeholder interni sull’utilizzo corretto dei sistemi documentali.

Supporto ai team di progetto

• Collaborare con Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Procurement e Construction Manager per assicurare il corretto avanzamento delle attività documentali.
• Coordinare le interfacce documentali tra discipline ingegneristiche.
• Agire come referente principale per tutte le tematiche relative al Document Control verso clienti e stakeholder esterni.

Informazioni sul ruolo:

Per potenziare il team Engineering, siamo alla ricerca di un Instrumentation & Electrical Designer (I&E Designer) che supporti la progettazione, la realizzazione e la messa in servizio degli impianti, occupandosi sia della parte di strumentazione e controllo sia della componente elettrica.

Strumentazione & Controllo

The Role

Location: Boulder, Colorado

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

The Legal Director will provide strategic and hands-on legal support across Energy Dome’s business, with a particular focus on complex commercial contracts and project-related transactions.

This role is particularly suited to a commercially minded lawyer with experience in EPC, energy, power generation, infrastructure, industrial or construction environments, where contractual risk is closely connected to project execution, performance and financial outcomes.

The Legal Director will work closely with our Commercial, Project Development, Project Execution, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams throughout the lifecycle of our projects, while also supporting the company’s broader corporate, governance and compliance needs.

As Energy Dome continues to scale, the Legal Director will also play an important role in developing our legal processes, contracting standards and governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Contracts & Project Transactions

• Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of complex commercial and project agreements.
• Support the negotiation of EPC and EPC-related agreements, equipment and technology supply agreements, procurement contracts, service and maintenance agreements, subcontractor agreements and other project contracts.
• Support customer-facing agreements and long-term commercial structures, including tolling, capacity, offtake and other project-related arrangements, as applicable.
• Advise the business on contractual risk allocation, including liabilities, indemnities, warranties, liquidated damages, performance obligations, guarantees, limitations of liability, termination rights and change mechanisms.
• Partner with Commercial and Project Development teams during bids and negotiations to identify contractual risks and develop commercially workable solutions.
• Support Project Execution teams on contract interpretation, change orders, claims, variations and other contractual matters arising during project delivery.
• Ensure effective handover of contractual commitments and risks from negotiation through project execution.

Corporate, Finance & Governance

• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and support Energy Dome’s U.S. and international corporate activities.
• Support financing transactions, due diligence, strategic partnerships and other corporate transactions as required.
• Review and negotiate financing-related documentation in coordination with the CFO, Finance team and external counsel.
• Advise senior management on legal and contractual matters affecting the business.

Compliance & Legal Operations

• Support the development and implementation of appropriate compliance policies and legal procedures.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, approval processes and risk guidelines.
• Help establish scalable legal and contract-management processes as the organization grows.
• Coordinate and manage external counsel where specialist or jurisdiction-specific advice is required.
• Provide practical legal guidance and training to teams involved in commercial negotiations and project execution.

What We’re Looking For

• JD degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with significant exposure to complex commercial contracts and transactions.
• Demonstrated experience in EPC, energy, power generation, infrastructure, construction, industrial projects or a comparable project-based environment.
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex, high-value commercial and project agreements.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for maturing utility-scale CO2 Battery projects through the full development cycle: from early feasibility to ready-to-build. Your focus is execution: managing grid connection, steering projects through permitting and authorization, and working hand-in-hand with local development partners to keep projects on schedule and de-risked. As we scale across the United States and internationally, we are building an ambitious public affairs platform that connects our commercial growth with policymakers, regulators, utilities, electricity-market institutions, business leaders, investors, and other influential stakeholders. We are looking for a Public Affairs and Energy Markets professional to help build the relationships, policy strategies, market positions, and institutional support our rapid growth requires.

This role combines external relationship development and policy execution with substantive analysis of wholesale electricity markets and energy regulation. Reports to the Procurement Team Lead, and works closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Expediting, we are looking for a Senior Buyer who will be responsible for managing procurement activities globally.

Purpose of the Role

Manage the procurement process for strategic materials and services, ensuring quality, competitive costs, on-time deliveries, and compliance with purchasing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire purchasing process, taking full ownership and ensuring transparency and efficiency at every stage.
• Conduct contract and commercial negotiations with strong bargaining skills, securing favorable conditions for the company in terms of cost and commercial clauses.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers both nationally and internationally, expanding and consolidating the supply base.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the execution of orders and in meeting agreed deadlines.
• Manage supplier relationships throughout the entire order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and supporting the Expediting function in case of critical issues or delays.
• Collaborate actively with various company functions (Engineering, Quality, Production, Finance, Project Management, Expediting) to ensure consistency and efficiency in the procurement process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Buyer/Senior Buyer, preferably in industrial, technical, or mechanical and/or plant engineering contexts.
• Experience in international Supplier management.
• Experience in managing complex tenders for EPC contracts in the Energy or Oil & Gas sectors and technical knowledge of the electro-mechanical sectors are considered a plus.

Remuneration:

The role offers a gross annual salary between €50,000 and €60,000, in addition to a variable bonus and a structured benefits package, commensurate with experience and seniority.

About the Role: We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Manufacturing team in Piacenza. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow within a rapidly evolving organization. The Supply Chain Specialist will support procurement, planning, supplier management and logistics activities, contributing to the efficient execution of manufacturing projects and operations. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Project teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring material availability and supplier performance while gaining broad exposure to the end-to-end supply chain process.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for manufacturing projects and operations.
• Manage supplier communications and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Monitor material availability and support production planning activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure timely procurement of technical materials and components.
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules and critical supply chain risks.

Requisiti:

• Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Energetica, Chimica, Industriale, Elettrica o discipline affini.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Project Engineering o Project Management all’interno di società EPC, impiantistiche o del settore energetico.
• Esperienza nella gestione tecnica di progetti multidisciplinari e internazionali.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue sarà considerata un plus.
• Solida esperienza in ingegneria meccanica, energetica, chimica, industriale o elettrica applicata a impianti industriali complessi.
• Conoscenza approfondita dei processi EPC e delle principali fasi di realizzazione di impianti industriali.
• Capacità di lettura e revisione di disegni tecnici, PFD, P&ID, datasheet e documentazione di progetto.

As the leader of our Business Development function, you will manage a team of experienced Business Development Directors and drive revenue-generating initiatives across the region. This role sits at the intersection of complex infrastructure project development and commercial execution, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on sales leadership.

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for:

• Leading and managing the Business Development team, including direct reports such as Business Development Directors;
• Building and executing a comprehensive business development strategy for North America;
• Identifying, qualifying, and closing major commercial opportunities across the portfolio;
• Managing complex project pipelines from initial prospecting through Ready-to-Build (RTB);
• Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and customers;
• Representing Energy Dome at industry events and with C-suite clients;
• Traveling frequently to Boston and Boulder, as well as throughout North America.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record (>15 years) as a top-performing salesperson with success in closing enterprise-scale deals;
• Demonstrated experience scaling business development functions within high-growth organizations;
• Experience managing complex, multi-year infrastructure or energy projects from concept to revenue (RTB equivalent);
• Track record successfully managing $billions in project value from a commercial standpoint;
• Strong technical acumen—ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technology and engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders:
• Exceptional ability to recruit, develop, and lead senior-level business development professionals;
• Demonstrated excellence in project coordination and organizational management;
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to build long-term business pipelines;
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently; flexibility regarding location (Boston and/or Boulder).

Desired Qualifications

• Background in energy, infrastructure, or cleantech sectors;
• Experience with energy storage, grid services, or related technologies;
• Existing relationships within the North American energy industry.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $350,000 – $450,000 (commensurate with experience)

Annual Bonus: 20% Management by Objectives (MBO)

Equity: Stock options commensurate with role and experience

Work Environment

Location: Flexibility available; however, the successful candidate must be able to spend significant time in Boston and/or Boulder.

Travel: Frequent domestic travel required (approximately 30-50% of time)
