      • Process Engineer

        The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial, power, or chemical plant design principles, particularly in the area of heat & mass balance, thermodynamic and heat exchanger calculation to conceptualize, model, and optimize process calculation for Proposals, Basic Engineering Design up to Detail Engineering Design.

        Key Responsibilities:

        Performing process simulations for the CO2 Battery system
        Executing process deliverables such as Heat & Material Balance, pressure drops and hydraulic calculations, Process Narratives, and lists
        •  Executing sizing and development of main process equipment such as heat exchangers, separators, pumps, safety valves, dryers, vessels etc.
        Supporting the Project Manager and Purchase Department in offering technical alignment and supplier follow-up
        Developing drawings as PFDs and P&IDs up to ‘as built’ level
        Participating and contributing to design reviews and safety reviews (Hazid, Hazop, FMEA, SIL etc.) from conceptual to detailed design.
        Participating in technology screening and assessments with reference to the latest information from industry and literature. Supporting experimental test campaigns for the validations of optimized process configurations.
        Taking care of the control system and HMI internal FAT
        Follow plant Commissioning, Start-up, and Performance test on site
        Lead Trials and Pilots at our plants

        Qualifications:

        Master’s degree in Energy Engineering or related field
        Proven experience in heat&mass balance and heat exchanger calculation
        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts effectively

      • Project Engineer

        Role and Responsibilities

        • Managing the design activity in terms of planning, resources, and objectives;
        • Evaluating technical specifications in order to define schedules, document lists, and reports;
        • Carrying out and reviewing the design activity;
        • Maintaining relations with customers and suppliers as a technical interface for assigned orders;
        • Maintaining delivery schedule based on project requirements and internal workloads, ensuring proper documentation review and turnaround.
        • Notifying the Project Manager and Procurement Department when changes to the scope of supply might affect the order price or the delivery. Define and manage with the involved party (Customer/Supplier) the technical and commercial resolution of the modification.
        • Coordinating with the Quality Department to schedule/attend inspections and expedite visits, supporting technical information when required;
        • Supporting the Logistic Department upon shipment definition and preparation;
        • Working with specialists from different disciplines (drafting, process, electrical, I&C), in order to achieve quality and timing objectives;

        • Selecting and sizing equipment, components, and packages (heat exchangers, pumps, valves, piping etc …) ;
        • Define technical specifications for purchasing and datasheets;
        • Following the analysis and technical alignment during the offer phase, in addition to the suppliers’ follow-up;
        • Drawing up technical documents related to the entire project life-cycle (including vendor books, manuals, as-built documents…);
        • Perform other project-related duties such as expediting visits, inspection/FAT attendance, PIM, and Customer visits.

        Required Qualifications

        Degree in Energy, Mechanical Engineering;
        At least 2 years of experience within Equipment Manufacturers/EPC Contractors operating in Oil&Gas, Petrochemical or Power Generation markets.

        Role and Responsibilities

        • Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety management systems

        · Drafting of procedures, operating instructions, forms and registers to support the processes.

        · Activities related to obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certificates and anything else required by the international standards.

        • Issues Quality in the project

        · Support the technical functions in conducting the processes in accordance with the QHSE management system (design input, review, verification, validation, etc.).

        · Actively participate in the validation process of new suppliers, in the monitoring of their performance and in updating the “vendor rating”.

        · Support managers in defining the most appropriate KPIs for their needs.

        · Cooperating with the various technical functions, draw up the quality control plans of the order.

        · Where necessary, assist contractors and technical functions in the quality control phases (reports, inspections, checklists).

        · Prepare the order quality book with all the operational records.

        Required Qualifications

        • Bachelor’s degree in scientific matters or management.

        Role and Responsibilities:

        • Constant liaison with suppliers to monitor all orders issued, keeping the procurement project plan up-to-date to ensure that the shipments quality is adequate;
        • Perform Inspection and expediting visits at vendors/sub-vendors workshops, and create inspection and expediting reports according to department standards;

        Energy Dome is a company with revolutionary technology for large-scale and long-duration energy storage.

        Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and today we are looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for managing financial procedures, ensuring accuracy in accounting practices, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

        Key Responsibilities

        General Ledger Management:

        • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
        • Ensure accurate and timely posting of all financial transactions.

        Accounts Payable and Receivable:

        • Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
        • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts

        Financial Transactions:

        • Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
        • Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.

        Financial Reporting:

        • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
        • Support in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable GAAP.
        • Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.

        Support and Collaboration:

        • Work closely with other finance team members to support overall financial objectives.
        • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

        Qualifications

        Education:

        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

        Experience:

        4+ years of progressive accounting experience.

        Previous experience in a senior accounting role is highly desirable.

        Technical skills:

        Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle will be a plus).

        Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

        Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

        Fluency in Italian and English

        Strong understanding of GAAP (IFRS will be a plus)

        Personal skills:

        Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

        Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

        Stiamo cercando un/a Receptionist/Office Specialist entusiasta e organizzata/o per il nostro ufficio di Milano (zona Bovisa).

        La persona che ricoprirà questo ruolo avrà il compito di gestire le attività di reception e supportare le operazioni quotidiane di office management. Questa posizione richiede un inglese fluente, in quanto il nostro team lavora in un ambiente internazionale.

        Responsabilità principali:

        • Accoglienza visitatori e gestione delle chiamate in entrata.
        • Gestione della corrispondenza in entrata e in uscita, sia elettronica che cartacea.
        • Organizzazione e prenotazione di sale riunioni e coordinamento di eventi interni.
        • Supporto nell’organizzazione logistica di meeting, viaggi di lavoro e trasferte.
        • Monitoraggio e gestione delle forniture dell’ufficio, garantendo che tutto sia sempre disponibile.
        • Collaborazione con il team per garantire il corretto funzionamento delle attività quotidiane dell’ufficio.
        • Supporto amministrativo generale, inclusa la gestione di documenti e file.

        Requisiti:

        • Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
