SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and winning business for the CO2 Battery in the (Renewable) Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Utilities, and Industrial sectors with new and existing customers/partners. Two positions are created in the USA, serving the East and the West Coast and with a further position in the UK, serving the EMEA region, and one in in Asia.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities
Finding and developing new market opportunities to create sales of the CO2 Battery;
• Formulating and maintaining key account strategy plans, including EPCs, consultants/owner’s engineers, major end users, developers and utilities;
Mapping of key stakeholders within key strategic customers and building good relationship;
Achieve the orders, margin, down payments, past dues, and other commercial KPI’s defined each year
In close collaboration with the Proposal Manager, formulates and executes proposal strategy, sales agreements and drives customer negotiations;
Maintains opportunity management and adherence to compliance processes for defined opportunities;
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor in Engineering degree from a recognised institution is preferred;
A strong track record or originating and closing transactions of a similar nature built over a 3-6 year period in a similar role;
This role requires significant sales/ business development experience in building new business, entering new sectors, and achieving sales targets;
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business drivers;
Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills and demonstrated success in working across functions, teams and cultures.;
Detailed knowledge of the issues facing the energy sector and the challenges and opportunities coming from the move to increased deployment of renewable energy sources in the generation mix;
Established network of industry, customer, and partner contacts within the Power Industry, Renewables, Utilities segment and other Industrial sectors.

SUMMARY
Partner with business leadership to manage branding, product and/or services promotion, and partner with the business to provide functional expertise. Drive customer communications program success in the areas of PR and digital communications. Has good knowledge of best practices and how the area of communications area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
This is a key role in the analysis of CO2 Battery configurations, preparation of proposals and bids, and negotiation of technical contract schedules, as well as coordinating internal technical support functions and stakeholders, to assist commercial realisation of project sales.

In partnership with the CCO and CEO, leverages the key business priorities to create communication strategies that move the needle for Energy Dome.;
Develops external communication plans to execute multi-channel communications programs that further the Company’s brand development and positioning across multiple stakeholder groups, including customers, business leaders, media, industry group and governments. Responsible for ensuring that the image and reputation of the Company is represented positively, protects the brand across all communication channels.;
Proactively drives an earned media strategy focusing on trade publications and tier 1 media (where relevant) to position Energy Dome as an innovator striving for a net-zero grid;
Builds and executes thought leadership strategies for key leaders of the executive teams (eg. LinkedIn articles, speaking engagements, etc.);
Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to refine, improve and outline the communication plans;
Leverages data to enhance and improve strategy and tactics, regularly reports on progress;
Coordinates and directs all communication resources for the Company;

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field and minimum 4-6 years' communications experience covering corporate communications, PR, journalism or marketing communications;
A track record of influencing and engaging successfully with internal and external stakeholders (thought leaders, key opinion leaders, influencers, press, governments) in a highly regulated and technical environment;
Excellent oral and written communications skills with ability to simplify complex issues and act quickly with sensitivity to a range of external perspectives;
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business drivers;
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork skills;
Clear interest in and understanding of current affairs, politics and public opinion and the ability to gauge the effects of these on present and future business plans.

SUMMARY
The Sales Engineer will be a member of the UK-based commercial team. The role of the Sales Engineer is to provide technical inputs for the development of proposals for supply, installation and operation of the CO2 Battery and associated equipment on client projects.
This is a key role in the analysis of CO2 Battery configurations, preparation of proposals and bids, and negotiation of technical contract schedules, as well as coordinating internal technical support functions and stakeholders, to assist commercial realisation of project sales.

Role and Responsibilities
Manage the definition and delivery of all technical aspects of proposal development for allocated projects in the Commercial proposal phase, from Inquiry to Order , (ITO);
Provide project-based matrix management of the technical resources required to develop project solutions and specifications, including Grid Interconnect Assessment, Product Engineering, Balance of Plant (BOP) Engineering and all other technical disciplines necessary for development of proposals;
Take responsibility on allocated projects for delivering high quality, well defined, fully-costed technical proposals, which help position EnergyDome to win profitable and executable orders;
Own the technical analysis of customer inquiries, requests for quotations (RFQ) or tenders to determine proposal requirements, technical deviations, scope of supply and winning strategies;
Provide support to the Sales and Proposal Managers in closing orders by providing technical expertise and timely response to customer requirements and, where required, operate as an additional point of customer contact during the sales ITO process;
Manage technical interactions with the customer including setting up customer project kick-off, project reviews, etc. as applicable;
Take initiative for control and reduction of cycle time reduction technical deliverables, proposal quality improvement and technical risk analysis optimization;
Lead technical participation in the Commercial risk management processes and meetings;
Lead technical handover after deal closing to Projects (execution);

Required Qualifications
Strong technical expertise, ideally in the renewable energy and/or process industry, including Medium Voltage generation and interconnection experience;
Demonstrated business / commercial acumen;
Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
Relevant professional experience in proposals / bid preparation and contract negotiation;
Hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering;
Ability to perform effectively in a non-hierarchical, team-focused environment;

Drafting of material and thermal balances with dedicated simulation programs;
Development of PFD (Process Flow Diagram), P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) and process specifications;

JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering and has gained at least 4 years of experience within companies active in the design and construction of electricity production plants or within industrial contexts.
The resource will be responsible for defining the layout and design of all electrical components relating to the generation units and auxiliary electrical systems of the plants.

Carry out the preliminary electrical design in medium voltage, interfacing with external suppliers for the detailed design;

SUMMARY
The role of the Proposal Manager is to develop winning strategies to close executable orders, supporting regional Sales Managers. It includes the preparation of proposals/bids, supporting contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. He/she will be based in the UK supporting Sales Managers and transactions across different time zones.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop winning strategies to close executable orders in line with company objectives
Develop proposals; ensure deals deliver value to the Company and the Client; drive competitive pricing. Includes compiling and submitting required tender documentation;
Support the Sales Manager in his/her contract negotiations;
Provide commercial support to the Sales managers with budgetary proposals and studies during opportunity development.
Provide commercial expertise and timely response to customer requirements, and where required operate as an additional point of customer contact;
Mobilise and lead multifunctional support teams to implement the transaction strategy on complex, multi-million dollar transactions;
