SUMMARY The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and winning business for the CO2 Battery in the (Renewable) Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Utilities, and Industrial sectors with new and existing customers/partners. Two positions are created in the USA, serving the East and the West Coast and with a further position in the UK, serving the EMEA region, and one in in Asia. JOB DESCRIPTION Role and Responsibilities • Finding and developing new market opportunities to create sales of the CO2 Battery; • • Formulating and maintaining key account strategy plans, including EPCs, consultants/owner’s engineers, major end users, developers and utilities; • Mapping of key stakeholders within key strategic customers and building good relationship; • Achieve the orders, margin, down payments, past dues, and other commercial KPI’s defined each year • In close collaboration with the Proposal Manager, formulates and executes proposal strategy, sales agreements and drives customer negotiations; • Maintains opportunity management and adherence to compliance processes for defined opportunities; • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process. Required Qualifications • 4-7 years experience; • Bachelor in Engineering degree from a recognised institution is preferred; • A strong track record or originating and closing transactions of a similar nature built over a 3-6 year period in a similar role; • This role requires significant sales/ business development experience in building new business, entering new sectors, and achieving sales targets; • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business drivers; • Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills and demonstrated success in working across functions, teams and cultures.; • Detailed knowledge of the issues facing the energy sector and the challenges and opportunities coming from the move to increased deployment of renewable energy sources in the generation mix; • Established network of industry, customer, and partner contacts within the Power Industry, Renewables, Utilities segment and other Industrial sectors. Desired Characteristics • An MBA or relevant post graduate qualifications would be highly regarded; • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. SUMMARY The Sales Engineer will be a member of the UK-based commercial team. The role of the Sales Engineer is to provide technical inputs for the development of proposals for supply, installation and operation of the CO2 Battery and associated equipment on client projects. This is a key role in the analysis of CO2 Battery configurations, preparation of proposals and bids, and negotiation of technical contract schedules, as well as coordinating internal technical support functions and stakeholders, to assist commercial realisation of project sales. JOB DESCRIPTION Role and Responsibilities • Manage the definition and delivery of all technical aspects of proposal development for allocated projects in the Commercial proposal phase, from Inquiry to Order , (ITO); • Provide project-based matrix management of the technical resources required to develop project solutions and specifications, including Grid Interconnect Assessment, Product Engineering, Balance of Plant (BOP) Engineering and all other technical disciplines necessary for development of proposals; • Take responsibility on allocated projects for delivering high quality, well defined, fully-costed technical proposals, which help position EnergyDome to win profitable and executable orders; • Own the technical analysis of customer inquiries, requests for quotations (RFQ) or tenders to determine proposal requirements, technical deviations, scope of supply and winning strategies; • Provide support to the Sales and Proposal Managers in closing orders by providing technical expertise and timely response to customer requirements and, where required, operate as an additional point of customer contact during the sales ITO process; • Manage technical interactions with the customer including setting up customer project kick-off, project reviews, etc. as applicable; • Take initiative for control and reduction of cycle time reduction technical deliverables, proposal quality improvement and technical risk analysis optimization; • Lead technical participation in the Commercial risk management processes and meetings; • Lead technical handover after deal closing to Projects (execution); Required Qualifications • 4-6 years experience;• Strong technical expertise, ideally in the renewable energy and/or process industry, including Medium Voltage generation and interconnection experience; • Demonstrated business / commercial acumen; • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; • Relevant professional experience in proposals / bid preparation and contract negotiation; • Hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering; • Ability to perform effectively in a non-hierarchical, team-focused environment; • Ability to travel as needed; • Fluency in English language. Location Milan JOB DESCRIPTION Role and Responsibilities • Managing the design activity in terms of planning, resources and objectives; • Evaluating technical specifications in order to define schedules, document lists and reports; • Carrying out and reviewing the design activity; • Maintaining relations with customers and suppliers as a technical interface for assigned orders; • Working with specialists from different disciplines (process, electrical, I&C), in order to achieve quality and timing objectives; • Selecting and sizing equipment, components and packages (heat exchangers, pumps, valves, piping etc ...) ; • Define technical specifications for purchasing and datasheets; • Following the analysis and technical alignment during the offer phase, in addition to the suppliers’ follow up; • Drawing up technical documents related to the entire project life-cycle (including vendor books, manuals, as built documents…). Location Milan (available to travel) SUMMARY As Site Manager, the candidate will join the Engineering Team and will be responsible for all on-site activities during the construction and commission phase. JOB DESCRIPTION Role and Responsibilities • Monitoring daily construction activities at the project site including scheduling of work and delivery of equipment and materials ; • Involving and assigning qualified people (also external) to ensure the targets; • Reviewing submittals, drawings, and reports during the project design phase to avoid potential issues in construction; • Monitoring construction and report on work progress, budget status, and schedule status on a regular basis to project and Company management in verbal and report form; • Managing and finalizing contract processes and documents such as requests for information and change orders, preparing them for management review and approval; • Coordinating internal/external engineering support as needed. Required Qualifications • Degree in Engineering; • At least 5 years of experience within EPC/General Contractors operating in Power Generation, Renewables or Oil&Gas industry. Location Milan (available to travel) SUMMARY The resource will manage the procurement activities in order to satisfy Company’s needs and identify the best suppliers in terms of costs, quality and timing. He/She will work closely with the Engineering Department and Project Management to analyse technical specifications and purchase requisitions, monitoring the suppliers’ performances over the entire project lifecycle. JOB DESCRIPTION Role and Responsibilities • Planning procurement activities in coordination with Supply Chain Manager and Project Manager; • Identifying and selecting vendors according to criteria such as price, quality, quantity and delivery dates; • Monitoring costs according to established guidelines; • Expanding suppliers’ base in order to identify the best procurement opportunities. Required Qualifications • Degree in Engineering; • At least 3 years of experience within Equipment Manufacturers/EPC Contractors operating in Oil&Gas, Petrochemical or Power Generation markets.
