SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to join our team. As a Project Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of infrastructure projects, including structuring, arranging, and negotiating debt and equity financing for large-scale projects. You will work closely with project development teams, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful financing and execution of infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating complex debt and equity financing transactions, and ability to establish DevCo or AssetCo platforms together with third party investors and developers.
Strong understanding of infrastructure project development, including the regulatory and environmental aspects of infrastructure projects.

SUMMARY
The Sales Engineer will be a member of the UK-based commercial team. The role of the Sales Engineer is to provide technical inputs for the development of proposals for supply, installation and operation of the CO2 Battery and associated equipment on client projects.
