Key Responsibilities
• Structural modeling and analysis using advanced software such as MIDAS / STAAD and/or Tekla Structures.
• Development of structural calculation models and design verification in accordance with international codes and standards.
• Active involvement in R&D (Research & Development) activities, including the evaluation of innovative structural solutions and design optimization.
• Review and verification of structural calculations produced by contractors and suppliers, including assessment of design assumptions, FEM models, and results.

About the Role: We are looking for a Civil Engineering Supervisor to join our Construction team and oversee civil, structural and architectural works on site, ensuring safe execution in line with quality, schedule and project specifications. You will report to the Construction Site Manager and work closely with engineering, quality, contractors and other discipline supervisors.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise civil and structural construction works (earthworks, foundations, concrete, steel, buildings, drainage, infrastructure);
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and procedures;
• Monitor contractor performance, progress and resources;

About the Role: As we scale internationally, we are strengthening our execution capabilities and are looking for a Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning and startup of our plants across multiple geographies.
Role Overview
The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities for Energy Dome’s industrial-scale energy plants.
This is a highly operational role requiring strong on-site presence, technical depth, and structured execution capability. The position is based in Milan, with very frequent international travel during project execution phases.
You will ensure that plants are safely commissioned, tested, validated, and handed over according to contractual performance guarantees.
Key Responsibilities
Commissioning Strategy & Planning
• Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules aligned with overall project timelines.
• Define commissioning philosophy from early engineering phases.
• Ensure commissioning requirements are embedded into design and procurement.
Site Execution & Coordination
• Lead on-site commissioning activities.

Interface Management

Required Experience & Background

• Strong EPC background.

About the Role: Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor to join the Project Management & Construction Department.
The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a construction site, from mobilization to demobilization. He/She will ensure that site activities are carried out safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards.
During the execution and installation phases, the Construction Site Supervisor will oversee areas, subcontractors, and activities.
During the commissioning phase, the Construction Site Supervisor will maintain responsibility over site areas, while the Commissioning Manager assumes operational responsibility for commissioning activities.
They will lead a multidisciplinary team composed of supervisors, HSE and quality representatives, logistic site manager and will work in close coordination with the Project Manager and the Commissioning Manager.
Tasks and Duties
• Responsible for site setup and mobilization, through to demobilization at project close-out.
• Ensure implementation of all HSE procedures in accordance with the project HSE Plan.
• Apply and supervise quality standards based on the Project Quality Plan.
• Organize and coordinate daily activities, allocating responsibilities and resources.
• Maintain and regularly update the project schedule in coordination with the planner.
• Supervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases.
• Ensure proper management of handovers between contractors and project phases, including:
• From civil works to mechanical installation, e.g. handover of concrete foundations to the mechanical contractor for equipment anchoring.
• From mechanical completion to commissioning, e.g. handover of installed systems to the commissioning team for functional testing.
• From electrical installation to commissioning, e.g. HV substation handover for energization and protection system testing.
• Final handover to operations or service teams, ensuring all documentation and punch list items are closed.
• Approve and manage site Non-Conformities (NCs) and follow up on resolution plans.
• Manage the closure of the punch list, in collaboration with Quality and Commissioning teams.
• In the commissioning phase, maintain responsibility over the work areas and interface with the Commissioning Manager.
• Ensure safe and efficient progress of site activities while managing interfaces among disciplines.
• Ensure documentation compliance: permits, registers, checklists, and reports.
• Act as the hierarchical lead for site supervisors, Quality Site Manager, and HSE Site Manager
• Note: the HSE Site Manager is functionally aligned with the corporate HSE Manager
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and key risks.
Technical Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead.
• Strong familiarity with HSE, QA/QC, construction permitting and commissioning practices.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad on international projects and to move for medium – term periods

• Garantire la corretta implementazione delle procedure operative e dei sistemi di permit to work, lock-out/tag-out e gestione delle emergenze.

We’re looking for a Mechanical Team Lead to lead our Mechanical Engineering team and drive the execution of all mechanical engineering activities across our utility-scale energy storage projects. Role and Responsibilities:
• Creation, review and/or approval of Project Inspection and Test Plans, based on contractual requirement and internal standards;
• Review and approval of preliminary vendor’s procedures like welding book, NDE procedure, PWHT procedure, Hardness Test procedure, etc…

Pay range and compensation package

About the Role:
Energy Dome is seeking a VP of Business Development to lead our North American commercial growth strategy. As the leader of our Business Development function, you will manage a team of experienced Business Development Directors and drive revenue-generating initiatives across the region. This role sits at the intersection of complex infrastructure project development and commercial execution, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on sales leadership.
About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for:
• Leading and managing the Business Development team, including direct reports such as Business Development Directors;
• Building and executing a comprehensive business development strategy for North America;
• Identifying, qualifying, and closing major commercial opportunities across the portfolio;
• Managing complex project pipelines from initial prospecting through Ready-to-Build (RTB);
• Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and customers;
• Representing Energy Dome at industry events and with C-suite clients;
• Traveling frequently to Boston and Boulder, as well as throughout North America.
Required Qualifications
• Proven track record (>15 years) as a top-performing salesperson with success in closing enterprise-scale deals;
• Demonstrated experience scaling business development functions within high-growth organizations;
• Experience managing complex, multi-year infrastructure or energy projects from concept to revenue (RTB equivalent);
• Track record successfully managing $billions in project value from a commercial standpoint;
• Strong technical acumen—ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technology and engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders:
• Exceptional ability to recruit, develop, and lead senior-level business development professionals;
• Demonstrated excellence in project coordination and organizational management;
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to build long-term business pipelines;
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently; flexibility regarding location (Boston and/or Boulder).
Desired Qualifications
• Background in energy, infrastructure, or cleantech sectors;
• Experience with energy storage, grid services, or related technologies;
• Existing relationships within the North American energy industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $350,000 – $450,000 (commensurate with experience)
Annual Bonus: 20% Management by Objectives (MBO)
Equity: Stock options commensurate with role and experience

Work Environment
Location: Flexibility available; however, the successful candidate must be able to spend significant time in Boston and/or Boulder.
Travel: Frequent domestic travel required (approximately 30-50% of time)
