About the Role:

Energy Dome is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join our growing U.S. Finance team. This role will take ownership of key day-to-day accounting activities for our U.S. operations, with a focus on monthly close, financial reporting, project accounting, and process improvement.

As our U.S. operations grow, this position will also help develop accounting processes supporting construction and future manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate is a strong general accountant who enjoys working in a growing environment, improving processes, and partnering with both finance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Support accounting for U.S. projects, including project costs, construction in progress, fixed assets, and capitalization.
• Review account activity and project costs, investigate variances, and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for U.S. entities and projects.
• Support intercompany accounting and coordination with the global Finance team.
• Partner with project management, procurement, engineering, and operations to improve the accuracy and visibility of project financial information.
• Use NetSuite to support accounting, reporting, and project-related processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Help develop accounting processes and controls for future U.S. manufacturing activities, including inventory and cost accounting.
• Support annual audits, tax compliance, and other accounting initiatives as needed.
• Maintain clear accounting documentation and help strengthen processes and internal controls as the organization grows.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience or another major ERP system.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in construction, manufacturing, or a combination of the two.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience with monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with project-based, construction, manufacturing, or similar operational accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance teams.
• Comfortable working in a growing environment where processes are continuing to develop.

Preferred

• CPA or active CPA candidate.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or another project-based industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to own day-to-day AP processes as our US operations grow. This role will ensure accurate invoice processing, timely payment preparation, strong vendor management, and clear visibility into outstanding payables and cash requirements. Working with the Controller and Accounting team, the manager will strengthen controls and improve AP workflows supporting manufacturing, construction, and corporate activities.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Vendor Management

• Manage invoice intake, review, coding, approval routing, and posting across US entities, ensuring accurate project and department allocation.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving or service documentation, where applicable; resolve discrepancies with procurement and business teams.
• Prepare payment runs and cash requirement schedules for authorized approval, consistent with payment terms and company policies.
• Own vendor onboarding and master data maintenance, including tax forms, independent verification of banking changes, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve disputes, monitor AP aging, and maintain complete invoice and payment records.
• Coordinate annual vendor information reporting, including Forms 1099, with the Tax and Accounting teams.

AP Operations and Team Leadership

• Oversee AP aging, payment priorities, and weekly cash requirements; escalate exceptions and potential payment issues to the Controller.
• Monitor invoice processing volumes, aging, and approval bottlenecks; follow up with internal stakeholders to keep payments on schedule.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for payment status, discrepancies, and account issues.
• Coordinate and review the work of AP staff or service providers as the function grows, ensuring consistent procedures, accuracy, and timely execution.

Monthly Close and Reporting

• Reconcile the AP subledger to the general ledger and investigate differences promptly.
• Prepare accrual support for unrecorded invoices and services received; support period-end cutoff and other close activities.
• Partner with the Accounting team on project cost coding, accrual support, and audit requests.

Systems Controls and Process Improvement

• Improve NetSuite, Ramp, and related AP workflows, including integrations, approval routing, and reporting.
• Maintain controls over duplicate invoices, vendor changes, payment approvals, and segregation of duties.
• Document procedures and train business users on purchasing, invoice submission, and approval requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and coordinate the work of supporting staff or service providers as the function grows.

Qualifications

Required

• At least five years of accounts payable experience, with ownership of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment preparation.
• Strong understanding of AP controls, approval workflows, account reconciliations, and month-end close requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting systems and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage growing transaction volumes and competing deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a practical approach to resolving issues with vendors and internal teams.

Preferred

• Experience supervising AP staff or service providers and improving high-volume AP processes.
• Experience with NetSuite and Ramp or similar AP automation platforms.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, renewable energy, or a multi-entity environment.

About the role:

The resource will join the Automation group at Energy Dome and will actively contribute to the development, testing, and start-up of industrial automation systems.

The role includes both office-based engineering activities and on-site operational activities, supporting the commissioning phases of industrial plants and working closely with senior engineers.

Main responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain automation components (e.g., PLC software via Siemens TIA Portal or SCADA systems via WinCC).
• Perform pre-commissioning activities, including I/O checks, functional tests, and system validation.
• Carry out commissioning activities such as plant start-up, functional tests, and system optimization activities aimed at product improvement.
• Configure and parameterize automation components (e.g., Siemens or ABB inverters/drives, I/O modules).
• Collaborate with other internal teams to implement plant functionalities.
• Support FAT and SAT activities.
• Update technical documentation related to automation systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in an Automation, Mechatronics or IT-related field
• Knowledge of Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal) and SCADA systems (WinCC).
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including assignments worldwide. The role requires travel for approximately 30% of the working time, with a particular focus on projects in the United States.
• Previous experience as an Automation Engineer in industrial plant engineering, EPC, process industries, or complex industrial facilities.
• Previous experience in industrial automation projects, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Knowledge of Easygen and Woodward control systems.
• Knowledge of main industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, etc.).
• Experience in the configuration and commissioning of drives, inverters, and distributed I/O systems.
• Familiarity with FAT and SAT execution and troubleshooting during plant start-up activities.

• Structural modeling and analysis using advanced software such as MIDAS / STAAD and/or Tekla Structures.
• Development of structural calculation models and design verification in accordance with international codes and standards.

About the Role: We are looking for a Civil Engineering Supervisor to join our Construction team and oversee civil, structural and architectural works on site, ensuring safe execution in line with quality, schedule and project specifications. You will report to the Construction Site Manager and work closely with engineering, quality, contractors and other discipline supervisors.

• Supervise civil and structural construction works (earthworks, foundations, concrete, steel, buildings, drainage, infrastructure);

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team at our Milan headquarters, reporting to the Global Marketing and Communications Director.

You’ll be responsible for turning Energy Dome’s story into compelling content across every format and channel: copy, graphic design, video and web. This is a hands-on role. Your focus is execution: you’ll set priorities and plans, then produce a large share of the work yourself, from writing and designing to editing video and building web pages, while coordinating agencies, freelancers and developers when the job calls for it. You’ll communicate fluently across every audience we speak to, from utilities, hyperscalers and data centre developers to policymakers, investors and local communities, in the US, Europe, Australia and India. You’ll also be responsible for internal communications, including managing our company intranet. While this is a marketing role, you’ll work very closely with HR.

The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Messaging & Content

• Own Energy Dome’s brand identity and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across every channel and touchpoint.
• Write and edit high-impact copy for the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, brochures, case studies, presentations and press materials.
• Adapt our messaging to each audience and market, translating complex technology into clear, compelling stories.
• Run the editorial calendar, proactively spotting news hooks and opportunities and turning them into content.

Graphic Design

• Design brochures, pitch decks, infographics, reports, trade show booths, signage and social media assets using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and templates, acting as the quality gate for all visual output from agencies and freelancers.
• Turn technical content, project data and performance figures into clear, impactful visuals.

Video Production

• Manage and execute the full post-production workflow, from editing to motion graphics, subtitles and multi-format delivery, briefing external agencies and freelancers when needed.

Website & Digital

• Own our WordPress website and project microsites, from structure, UX and copy to updates, SEO and performance.
• Work hands-on in WordPress day-to-day and coordinate web developers on larger projects.
• Track performance across web and social channels and use the data to improve what we publish.

Internal Communications

• Plan and deliver internal communications, from company announcements and leadership messages to the internal newsletter and all-hands materials, keeping colleagues across our offices and project sites informed and engaged.
• Manage the company intranet, keeping its content current, useful and easy to navigate.
• Work very closely with HR on internal initiatives, onboarding materials, culture content and employer branding.

Events, Sales Enablement & Operations

• In collaboration with our Event Manager, plan and coordinate Energy Dome’s brand presence at international conferences and trade shows from a creative execution standpoint, including booth design, collateral, etc.
• Equip business development teams with pitch decks, one-pagers and case studies that help win over sophisticated buyers.
• Manage specific project budgets, agencies, freelancers and suppliers, keeping multiple projects on time and on budget.
• Help hire, onboard and mentor new team members as the marketing team grows.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 5+ years of experience in the role, with focus on content or creative roles, including experience leading projects, people and/or agencies.
• Degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent copywriting skills (in English): a versatile writer able to make complex topics simple and to adapt tone across audiences and channels.
• Advanced graphic design skills: expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with a strong eye for layout, typography and brand consistency.

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a construction site, from mobilization to demobilization. He/She will ensure that site activities are carried out safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards.

During the execution and installation phases, the Construction Site Supervisor will oversee areas, subcontractors, and activities.

During the commissioning phase, the Construction Site Supervisor will maintain responsibility over site areas, while the Commissioning Manager assumes operational responsibility for commissioning activities.

They will lead a multidisciplinary team composed of supervisors, HSE and quality representatives, logistic site manager and will work in close coordination with the Project Manager and the Commissioning Manager.

Tasks and Duties

• Responsible for site setup and mobilization, through to demobilization at project close-out.
• Ensure implementation of all HSE procedures in accordance with the project HSE Plan.

• Approve and manage site Non-Conformities (NCs) and follow up on resolution plans.
• Manage the closure of the punch list, in collaboration with Quality and Commissioning teams.
• In the commissioning phase, maintain responsibility over the work areas and interface with the Commissioning Manager.
• Ensure safe and efficient progress of site activities while managing interfaces among disciplines.
• Ensure documentation compliance: permits, registers, checklists, and reports.
• Act as the hierarchical lead for site supervisors, Quality Site Manager, and HSE Site Manager
• Note: the HSE Site Manager is functionally aligned with the corporate HSE Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Director of Business Development. Located in North America (New HQ located in Boulder. CO), reporting to the SVP of the Region and in dotted line to the HQ’s Commercial function, this person will have the opportunity to manage and build the North American Energy Dome growing project pipeline. This role will advance sales and development of customer and partner commercial opportunities for Energy Dome in North America. This role will work closely, as a team, with the broader sales team in North America as well as with the North American project execution functions. This role will initiate and maintain customer engagement, advance contracts with customers and/or development partners under a variety of structures including Equipment Supply, as well as opportunities where Energy Dome would develop, build, own and operate its own plants. This role will play a critical function in ensuring the projects reach commercial agreement through contractual arrangements sufficient to advance the development, financing and ultimately construction of Energy Dome Plants. Responsibilities:

• Initiate, manage and advance commercial relationships with customers in the utility space, development partners and other strategics who would facilitate the growth of Energy Dome project pipeline;

The Role: The Director of Construction owns delivery of Energy Dome’s U.S. plants from notice to proceed through mechanical completion and handover to commissioning. This critical hire is expected to have sufficient seniority to own and close balance-of-plant BOP contracts during the development phase and to drive the full execution of the project including coordination with supply chain, OEM delivery, project finance and the project owner.

Responsibilities:

Construction Strategy and Delivery

• Set the construction delivery model for each project (EPC, EPCM, or multi-prime) based on scope, risk and partner requirements. Negotiate and sign contracts based on the delivery model, coordinating with the project owner and senior management.
• Own and manage the fulsome set of contracts to secure execution – this includes the interface between OEM, BOP and all related contracts necessary for end-to-end construction execution for U.S. CO2 Battery plants, from notice to proceed through mechanical completion, turnover to commissioning and full commercial operation (COD).
• Build and hold the integrated master schedule and project execution plan for each site from NTP through COD.

Contractors and Contracts

• Lead EPC and major subcontractor procurement: BOP scope documents, bid packages, bid walks, evaluation and award.
• Coordination of interface points with the OEM contract and BOP contract.
• Negotiate and manage EPC and construction contracts, change orders and claims to protect cost and schedule.
• Set KPIs and hold contractors accountable for safety, quality, schedule and cost.

Cost, Schedule and Risk

• Own construction budgets, estimates, forecasts and contingency; report variance to the executive team and project finance.
• Run construction risk registers and mitigation plans for a first-of-a-kind U.S. deployment.
• Meet lender, utility, tolling-partner and DOE reporting requirements.
• Capably report the project KPIs to internal senior management and keep the executive team informed as to project status in a timely and sufficiently comprehensive manner.

Manufacturing and Supply Chain Interface

• Partner with product engineering, supply chain and the Italian parent to sequence long-lead equipment (turbomachinery, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, CO2 storage) with site readiness.
• Manage US-based BOP/EPC contractors to align to product and site-specific design.
• Drive domestic sourcing and fabrication where it improves cost, schedule or incentive eligibility, in close coordination with the project owner to ensure ITC incentives are obtained.

Safety and Quality

• Build a zero-harm EHS culture and program on every site; own OSHA compliance and incident response.
• Establish QA/QC processes that meet utility, lender and industry codes (ASME, API, NFPA, IEEE as applicable).

Team and Playbook

• Succesfully execute Energy Dome’s first US projects including, potentially building the team further around site managers, project controls, QA/QC and EHS.
• If successful there is room to advance with Energy Dome to turn lessons from the first U.S. plants into standard designs, contracts and processes for a multi-site pipeline.
• Represent Energy Dome to utilities, local authorities, communities and trades during construction.

Qualifications:

• Construction of thermal or rotating-equipment plants: gas turbine, combined cycle, CAES, pumped hydro, LNG, or industrial gas/process facilities.

About the Role:

The Director, Interconnection & Grid Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing Energy Dome’s North American interconnection strategy and ensuring the successful advancement of utility-scale storage projects through ISO/RTO and utility interconnection processes.

This individual will serve as the company’s subject matter expert on transmission availability, queue positioning, grid constraints, network upgrade risks, and market attractiveness.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience gained within an ISO/RTO, transmission owner, utility, or leading renewable energy developer and possess a deep understanding of the North American wholesale power market structure. Beyond technical expertise, this leader will provide strategic guidance on where, when, and how Energy Dome should develop projects to maximize project value while minimizing interconnection risk. This role will partner closely with Project Development, Business Development, Commercial, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Executive Leadership to support both project-level decisions and long-term market expansion. Responsibilities:

Interconnection Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Define and execute Energy Dome’s North American interconnection strategy.
• Develop a portfolio-wide view of transmission availability, queue dynamics, network congestion, and market opportunities.

The Energy Market Affairs Manager is responsible for leading the company’s engagement in regional and federal regulatory and market policy forums affecting wholesale electricity markets and bulk power generation. This role serves as a key advocate for the company’s interests before Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs), Independent System Operators (ISOs), and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), while providing strategic analysis to support commercial, development, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory and Market Advocacy

• Lead the company’s participation in ISO/RTO stakeholder processes, working groups, task forces, and committees.
• Monitor, assess, and influence regulatory and market design initiatives at FERC and major ISOs/RTOs.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, public policy, political science, energy management, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in energy markets, regulatory affairs, market policy, power market analysis, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. wholesale electricity markets and FERC regulatory processes.
• Experience engaging with one or more ISOs/RTOs (e.g., PJM, ISO-NE, NYISO, MISO, ERCOT, SPP, CAISO).

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for maturing utility-scale CO2 Battery projects through the full development cycle: from early feasibility to ready-to-build. Your focus is execution: managing grid connection, steering projects through permitting and authorization, and working hand-in-hand with local development partners to keep projects on schedule and de-risked. You’ll be the central point of coordination for the project, aligning internal teams and external partners alike and you’ll communicate fluently across every audience the project touches, from grid operators and public authorities to co-developers and individual landowners, to bring each project to a final investment decision.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development — Own the development of assigned projects from feasibility through to ready-to-build/FID, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and interdependencies across the full development timeline.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders — Act as the hub of the project: align internal teams (engineering, commercial, finance, legal) with external partners (developers, consultants, contractors, utilities, authorities), keeping everyone working to a shared plan and resolving competing priorities to keep the project moving.
• Communicate across every audience — Adapt your message and style to whoever is in the room: technical and regulatory precision with grid operators and permitting authorities, commercial clarity with partners, and plain, trust-building conversation with landowners and local communities. Translate between these worlds so nothing gets lost.
• Manage grid connection — Lead grid connection applications, studies and negotiations with Terna and DSOs; assess connection feasibility, capacity, costs and timelines, and resolve technical issues to keep projects on track. This is a central part of the role.
• Coordinate with authorities — Steer projects through the Italian authorisation process (Autorizzazione Unica / PAUR, environmental assessments) and equivalent European frameworks, acting as the primary interface with municipalities, regional bodies and permitting authorities.
• Partner with local developers — Work alongside local developers and co-development partners: managing joint development agreements, aligning workstreams, monitoring milestones and quality, and integrating their pipeline and site work into Energy Dome’s delivery process.
• Manage consultants and external partners — Coordinate technical, environmental and legal advisors to deliver the studies and approvals each project requires.
• De-risk toward FID — Track and close out development risks (grid, permitting, land, environmental) to bring projects to a bankable, ready-to-build state, contributing to the business case and financial models.
• Support origination where needed — Help assess and secure new opportunities as they arise, though the emphasis of this role is on developing and delivering the pipeline.
• Track the regulatory landscape — Stay ahead of grid codes, permitting rules and LDES/storage policy (e.g. MACSE, EU storage frameworks) and feed changes into project strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in energy project development — renewables, storage, or power with hands-on experience taking projects through permitting and grid connection to ready-to-build.
• Strong grid connection know-how: practical understanding of connection processes, studies and negotiations with TSOs/DSOs (Terna and Italian DSOs in particular), including technical and commercial aspects.
• Proven stakeholder coordination: a track record of orchestrating internal teams and external partners around a common plan and keeping complex, multi-party projects on schedule.
• Excellent communication across audiences: able to move seamlessly from a technical exchange with an authority or grid operator to a clear, trust-building conversation with a landowner — and to keep everyone aligned.
• Proven experience navigating and coordinating with permitting authorities and public bodies in Italy; familiarity with other European jurisdictions is a plus.

Acting as the primary interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders, the role proactively identifies potential delays, coordinates mitigation actions, and maintains visibility over the status of critical orders throughout the procurement and manufacturing process.

This is a hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and to people, and who has already gained experience in a manufacturing, industrial or production environment.

The HR Specialist will be the day-to-day HR point of reference for the plant population and Plant Management, managing the main people processes related to a manufacturing environment while working closely with the broader People & Culture team.

Required Qualifications

The Legal Director will provide strategic and hands-on legal support across Energy Dome’s business, with a particular focus on complex commercial contracts and project-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Contracts & Project Transactions

• Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of complex commercial and project agreements.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for maturing utility-scale CO2 Battery projects through the full development cycle: from early feasibility to ready-to-build. Your focus is execution: managing grid connection, steering projects through permitting and authorization, and working hand-in-hand with local development partners to keep projects on schedule and de-risked. We are looking for a Public Affairs and Energy Markets professional to help build the relationships, policy strategies, market positions, and institutional support our rapid growth requires.

About the Role

Energy Dome is seeking an experienced Senior Subcontract Manager to lead sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and subcontract management for our utility-scale energy storage projects and manufacturing facilities in North America.

About the Role: Today, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer with a solid understanding of industrial, power or chemical plant design principles, particularly in the area of heat & mass balance, thermodynamic and heat exchanger calculation.

Responsibilities

• Performing process simulations for CO2 battery system
• Executing process deliverables such Heat & Material Balance, pressure drops and hydraulic calculations, Process Narratives and lists
• Executing sizing and development of main process equipment as heat exchanger, separators, pumps, safety valves, dryers, vessels etc.

The Role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to oversee tax matters for our expanding US operations, working primarily through external tax advisors. The role will focus on US tax compliance and planning, tax incentives, cost segregation, and investment tax credit (ITC) matters for manufacturing and development projects. Working with the Controller and global Finance team, the manager will coordinate inputs, review technical tax deliverables, monitor tax developments, and ensure timely resolution of tax matters.

Responsibilities

Tax Incentives and Project Support

• Work with external tax advisors to identify and evaluate federal, state, and local tax incentives for manufacturing and energy projects.
• Maintain an incentive register covering eligibility requirements, applications, deadlines, expected benefits, and ongoing compliance obligations.
• Coordinate advisor-led ITC eligibility and adder testing, credit transfer diligence, and supporting documentation; track open questions and conclusions.
• Coordinate cost segregation studies with external specialists, including cost data, asset classifications, site information, and review of draft reports.
• Monitor changes in tax rules and project assumptions; communicate potential impacts on benefits, timing, and recapture exposure.

US Tax Planning and Compliance

• Oversee advisor-prepared federal, state, and local income tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions; coordinate inputs, review deliverables, and track deadlines.
• Work with external tax and legal advisors on US entity and project tax planning, ownership structures, intercompany arrangements, and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate advisor support for sales and use tax, property tax, and other business tax obligations, including exemption documentation.
• Oversee advisor-prepared tax basis and depreciation schedules and coordinate responses to tax notices and examinations.

Tax Reporting and Finance Coordination

• Coordinate and review advisor-prepared income tax provisions and related tax schedules with the Controller, providing tax inputs for financial reporting.
• Work with advisors to evaluate tax positions, tax basis, deferred tax considerations, and other tax matters affecting financial reporting.
• Review tax forecasts, cash tax estimates, and incentive timing assumptions for use in budgets, cash planning, and project financial models.
• Coordinate tax-related audit support with the global Finance team and external auditors.

Controls and Business Partnership

• Establish tax review controls and organized records supporting filings, incentive claims, cost segregation studies, and ITC testing.
• Manage advisor scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables; resolve open items and explain conclusions to business stakeholders.
• Improve tax data collection, compliance tracking, and advisor reporting through NetSuite and other finance systems.

About the Role:

Energy Dome is seeking a VP of Business Development to lead our North American commercial growth strategy. As the leader of our Business Development function, you will manage a team of experienced Business Development Directors and drive revenue-generating initiatives across the region. This role sits at the intersection of complex infrastructure project development and commercial execution, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on sales leadership.

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for:

• Leading and managing the Business Development team, including direct reports such as Business Development Directors;
• Building and executing a comprehensive business development strategy for North America;
• Identifying, qualifying, and closing major commercial opportunities across the portfolio;
• Managing complex project pipelines from initial prospecting through Ready-to-Build (RTB);
• Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and customers;
• Representing Energy Dome at industry events and with C-suite clients;
• Traveling frequently to Boston and Boulder, as well as throughout North America.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record (>15 years) as a top-performing salesperson with success in closing enterprise-scale deals;
• Demonstrated experience scaling business development functions within high-growth organizations;
• Experience managing complex, multi-year infrastructure or energy projects from concept to revenue (RTB equivalent);
• Track record successfully managing $billions in project value from a commercial standpoint;
• Strong technical acumen—ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technology and engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders:
• Exceptional ability to recruit, develop, and lead senior-level business development professionals;
• Demonstrated excellence in project coordination and organizational management;
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to build long-term business pipelines;
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently; flexibility regarding location (Boston and/or Boulder).

Desired Qualifications

• Background in energy, infrastructure, or cleantech sectors;
• Experience with energy storage, grid services, or related technologies;
• Existing relationships within the North American energy industry.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $350,000 – $450,000 (commensurate with experience)

Annual Bonus: 20% Management by Objectives (MBO)

Equity: Stock options commensurate with role and experience

Additional benefits package to be discussed during interview process.

Work Environment

Location: Flexibility available; however, the successful candidate must be able to spend significant time in Boston and/or Boulder.

Travel: Frequent domestic travel required (approximately 30-50% of time)
