        Located in North America, reporting to the Senior Vice President, this person will have the opportunity to manage and build the North American Energy Dome growing project pipeline. This role will advance sales and development of customer and partner commercial opportunities for Energy Dome in North America. This role will work closely, as a team, with the broader sales team in North America as well as with the North American project execution functions. This role will initiate and maintain customer engagement, advance and close contracts with customers and/or development partners under a variety of structures including Equipment Supply, as well as opportunities where Energy Dome would develop, build, own and operate its own plants. This role will play a critical function in ensuring the projects reach commercial agreement through contractual arrangements sufficient to advance the development, financing and ultimately construction of Energy Dome Plants. This role should have deep energy market knowledge in North America, enough to guide the continued strategic targeting of key customers seeking Long Duration Energy Storage solutions. This role will have a critical external-facing component where this person would represent the Company at industry events, with customers, stakeholders and partners alike.

        Responsibilities:

        •Initiate, manage and advance commercial relationships with customers in the utility space, development partners and other strategics who would facilitate the growth of Energy Dome project pipeline;
        • Develop and manage customer plans that identify barriers and needs, chart out customer and project risk areas to help guide the broader team to successfully reach agreement for the Energy Dome projects in North America;
        • Have familiarity with the Energy Dome business model(s) so as to be able to initially discuss and structure term sheets for Equipment Supply Contracts, Tolling Agreements as well as joint-venture opportunities for project development and construction of Energy Dome projects;
        • Coordinate directly and often with the Chief Commercial Office and entire Business Development organization to ensure company growth goals are met;

        • Host customer meetings from inception to advanced contracting;

        Qualifications:

        • Previous experience in the North American market for projects related to Long Duration Energy Storage, Energy (power plants), Oil&Gas components (pumps, valves, etc.), or Renewables (wind, solar, hydropower)
        • Deep knowledge of North American markets, structure and players

        Role Overview

        The Engineering Director will lead all engineering disciplines within Energy Dome- approximately 30 professionals including Process Engineering, Mechanical & Equipment, Electrical Engineering, Automation & Controls, Piping & Layout, and Drafting.

        This is a strategic, managerial, and highly cross-functional leadership role with global impact. The Engineering Director will ensure the coherence, quality, and efficiency of all engineering outputs, acting as the primary liaison between Engineering, Operations, Project Delivery, Product/Technology, Supply Chain, and the Executive Leadership Team.

        The ideal candidate has a strong background in complex industrial plants or the energy sector, deep familiarity with EPC/EPCM project environments, and proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams in fast-growth or highly innovative contexts.

        Key Responsibilities

        Leadership & Organizational Management

        Required Qualifications

        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Energy, or similar).
        • Significant leadership experience (8+ years) in Engineering Management roles within EPC/EPCM, power generation, energy storage, renewables, industrial plants, oil & gas, or similar complex engineering environments.

        To support the growth of our Operations department, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who will work closely with the Maintenance Manager, taking responsibility for our first plant in Sardinia and contributing to the definition of maintenance processes and the overall Operations infrastructure for future sites.

        Key Responsibilities

        The Maintenance Engineer will support plant maintenance activities through:
        • Defining and updating the Maintenance Plan (preventive, corrective, and predictive) in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
        • Performing Maintenance Engineering activities: interpreting operational data and identifying corrective and improvement actions.
        • Supervising on-site maintenance activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.

        • Monitorare l’applicazione delle procedure e delle istruzioni operative, assicurando la corretta esecuzione da parte del personale operativo.
        • Essere il riferimento tecnico e operativo per tutte le tematiche legate alla qualità in produzione.
        • Definire e gestire il piano di calibrazione e taratura degli strumenti utilizzati nei processi produttivi.
        • Elaborare i piani di controllo per i materiali in ingresso e i semilavorati in uscita, garantendo la conformità in vista delle spedizioni.
        • Redigere il Book di commessa, contenente tutta la documentazione qualità interna ed esterna.
        • Collaborare attivamente con i reparti Acquisti, Produzione e Project Management per assicurare la completa tracciabilità documentale.

        Requisiti

        • Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica, Industriale, dei Materiali o equivalenti).
        • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o manifatturieri.
        • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti e standard di qualità (es. ISO 9001, piani di controllo, procedure di ispezione).
        • Capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici e documentazione correlata.
        • Spiccate doti di precisione, organizzazione e orientamento al risultato.
        • Madrelingua italiano, buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

The simplicity of the process as well as the use of readily available off-the-shelf equipment opens the way for Energy Dome to quickly become an important player in the energy storage market.

        Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking a Static Equipment Engineering Leader, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering activities related to static equipment such as heat exchangers, tanks, pressure vessels, and other static components. The main goal is to ensure that all static equipment is designed and manufactured according to project specification, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Lead the static engineering team, coordinating design, analysis, and technical review activities.
        • Review and approve technical drawings, mechanical calculation analyses (by formula or FEA analysis), and compliance verifications.
        • Perform preliminary mechanical calculations of static equipment (min thickness, nozzle loads, civil input..).
        • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., plant engineering, process, quality) to ensure project alignment.
        • Develop and verify technical specifications and project requirements for static equipment.
        • Oversee vendors RFQs, technical alignment, design review, and final approval phases activities.
        • Troubleshoot technical issues during design, installation, and maintenance phases.
        • Maintain updated technical documentation and project reports.
        • Participate in FAT, inspections, and site acceptance, supporting QA/QC and construction teams when required.

        Qualifications

        • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
        • 8+ years of experience in design or technical management of static/pressure equipment (e.g., boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers).
        • Knowledge of applicable design codes (ASME Section VIII div1 or div2, EN 13445), standard (TEMA, API) and directive (PED, ASME).
        • Familiarity with FEA tools or calculation software is a plus (e.g., PVElite, Compress).
        • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
        • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
        • Fluent in English.
        • Availability for occasional travel for supplier meetings and inspections.
        • Previous experience in boiler/pressure vessel shops is preferred

        Remuneration

        The role offers a gross annual salary between €65,000 and €85,000, in addition to a variable bonus and a structured benefits package, commensurate with experience and seniority.
