The Innovative Long-Duration Energy Storage Solution Provider Open New Office Location in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Milan – March 8, 2024 – Energy Dome announces the opening of its first USA office in Boston, Massachusetts.

This is a transformational milestone for Energy Dome, as it demonstrates its global vision and ambition to decarbonize the world with our CO2 Battery technology.

The brand new Boston office will serve as a pied-à-terre for the ever-growing US team (currently composed of Melissa DeValles, David Martin, Eric Watson, Lourenco Lopretti, and Elyse Doyle) and as a strategic hub for Energy Dome’s expansion in the US market, where the company has already secured its first installation slated for 2026 thanks to the partnership with Alliant Energy.

      About Energy Dome

Energy Dome is revolutionizing energy storage and enabling grid decarbonization by making solar and wind power dispatchable 24/7. The company invented and developed the CO2 Battery, a long-duration energy storage system that makes long-duration energy storage viable globally today. The properties of carbon dioxide allow the system to store energy efficiently and cost-effectively, with a modular and site-independent footprint. CO2 Batteries use readily available, off-the-shelf components from reliable, existing supply chains, providing a scalable pathway to store massive amounts of intermittent renewable energy and accelerate the energy transition.
