Felice Egidi, with his international experience at board level in the Energy Sector, has joined Energy Dome advisory Board to provide guidance and direction to the company’s executive team through its thought leadership and extensive international background as an energy industry leader.

Felice Egidi will serve as member of the Advisory Board, where he will draw on experience in Public Affair and Top Management. Felice Egidi has cooperated with major energy companies in the last few decades gaining a long-lasting experience in the energy sector. He majored in Aeronautical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and has earned a master degree in “advanced management” at Insead- Fontainebleau.
Felice Egidi started his career with Finmeccanica group as the commercial director in the automotive sector (Alfa Romeo), then he was appointed as sales manager for centrifugal air compressors for the Italian branch of Ingersoll-Rand group, USA.
From 1987 to 1993 Felice Egidi was appointed commercial director for Filtec-Dupont. He acted in the Middle East and Far East areas for innovative materials and military fibres production with head offices in Atlanta/Georgia and branches in Istanbul and Hong-Kong. Felice Egidi was then appointed as business&commercial senior vice president for Edison S.p.A. (Italy) – directly reporting to Group CEO- from 1994 to 2000.
From 2000 to 2008 he joined Endesa Italia as Group COO and was also acting as CEO of Ergon Energia, the controlled arm for energy sales to industrial customers. He represented the Group at European level with institutional and private stakeholders. Endesa Italia was then acquired by E.ON Group and Felice Egidi was appointed as procurement executive director of the Italian branch.
In January 2009 Felice Egidi joined Enel Green Power S.p.A. as group executive Vice President for regulation&antitrust world area, directly reporting to Group CEO. From 2016 to 2019 he was appointed as Enel’s vice-president for European Public Affair in Brussels. Felice Egidi was also board director in the main European Association participating as nominated party to the main round table/working groups regarding the on-going decarbonisation process. Indeed, amongst many he took part in Wind Europe, Solar Power Europe, Eurolectric as well as IEA in Paris.
I am glad to support Energy Dome to scale up internationally. The CO2 Battery Energy Storage can probably result in valuable tangible measures that contribute substantially in mitigating climate change and in the decarbonization process.

- Ennio Macchi: Professor Macchi is Emeritus Professor at Politecnico di Milanowww.energia.polimi.it. He took part in the creation of the Energy Department at the Politecnico di Milano, of which he was the first director. He created and coordinates the research activities of a group of teachers and researchers of the Politecnico di Milano www.gecos.polimi.it, which operates in various sectors of energy conversion and environmental impact of energy systems.
- Marc Murnaghan: CEO of Polaris Infrastructure inc. where he led the successful recapitalization transaction, including negotiation of amendments to the San Jacinto project loan documents and the power purchase agreement. San Jacinto is the largest operating geothermal power plant in Nicaragua with 70 MWe of installed power.
